Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms offered a nice view over Gibraltar town but also faced a car park and balconies with people's washing. They were spacious, well-equipped, and had a lovely Juliet balcony view of the plaza and 'The Rock. ' The service was a bit hit-and-miss, with some issues like dirty coffee cups and towels with holes, but overall, it was decent. The location was central with plenty of shops and eateries nearby, though tricky to reach by car due to narrow streets. The dining experience was mediocre with haphazard food quality at times. However, the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was overall fantastic. The rooms, although a bit tired and in need of renovation, were spacious and the bed was very comfy. The staff were exceptional, friendly, and professional, although a bit overwhelmed due to the high number of guests. The location was convenient for both leisure and business purposes, with a good proximity to shops and dining options, although some bars closed early. The dining experience was basic and could be improved. Despite some drawbacks, my stay was enjoyable.
The hotel rooms were first class, with a nice pool area on the roof where you can be catered to by JESUS AND RUBIN, offering drinks, snacks, and exceptional service. The newly decorated rooms were gorgeous and spacious, though not overly fancy. The evenings were extra warm and caused broken sleep each night, which was slightly disappointing.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. However, the noise from the shower and upstairs rooms was a bit bothersome. The service was helpful, especially during a stressful moment, although it felt a bit rushed at times. The location was fantastic, close to shops and restaurants, but a bit tricky to find by car initially. The dining experience was good with a nice selection of food. The outdoor area for drinks was a lovely touch.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not prepared on time, and the next room had noise issues. On the bright side, the service was fantastic and very helpful. The location was convenient but marred by overheard staff conflict. Dining was a mix of quality and wait time. Overall, a mixed experience.
I was blown away by the room at this hotel - very spacious, modern, and newly decorated with the essentials. The balcony offered a stunning view of the rock, giving it that 'wow' factor. The hotel's size is unusual for Gibraltar, reflecting the scarcity of quality accommodations in the area.
