My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms offered a nice view over Gibraltar town but also faced a car park and balconies with people's washing. They were spacious, well-equipped, and had a lovely Juliet balcony view of the plaza and 'The Rock. ' The service was a bit hit-and-miss, with some issues like dirty coffee cups and towels with holes, but overall, it was decent. The location was central with plenty of shops and eateries nearby, though tricky to reach by car due to narrow streets. The dining experience was mediocre with haphazard food quality at times. However, the facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel rooms were first class, with a nice pool area on the roof where you can be catered to by JESUS AND RUBIN, offering drinks, snacks, and exceptional service. The newly decorated rooms were gorgeous and spacious, though not overly fancy. The evenings were extra warm and caused broken sleep each night, which was slightly disappointing.
